3:00-3:30: Free educational talk about the many benefits of a plant-based diet.
3:30-5:00: We'll be cooking a Garden Harvest chowder with lima beans, corn, sweet potatoes and greens, plus making BLT sandwiches made with tempeh, and finishing with buckwheat-carrot muffins. Cost: $25.
